We moved @tryhermeshq email infrastructure to AWS SES. Not the flashiest feature, but a big product unlock. Hermes now supports better domain setup, multiple sending domains, sender identities like founder@ / support@ / success@, and cleaner tracking for opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints. fyi Kazakhstan is not America, its very strict here in America you can film everyone and asking everyone for hours and not getting kicked, in Kazakhstan your ass will be kicked in less than an hour, no matter if you’re approaching women or men how’d you get to the conclusion of “harassing” 😭😭

90% of founders on this platform are scared to talk to the camera, and one of the best tips on how to overcome it is to do dumb shit in public. when i turned 16, i tried building my first product, an AI shopping assistant. i was very scared of social interactions, specifically with girls, so i decided to go to the most popular shopping mall in my area and ask 50 pretty girls to do a product interview with me. security ended up filing a report and kicked me out 40 minutes later, but most of them really liked the idea + I got their number. my app ultimately failed, but it taught me so much about public speaking and not giving a fuck.

For those that don't understand, Cluely is now: -Making and buying apps quickly (skincare, fitness, whatever. inherently viral/easy to market apps) -Using their existing network of UGCs through the Cluely Mobile App to market these apps at crazy low CPMs This is extremely smart. For an operator very good at managing UGCs this makes perfect sense. At least more sense than pushing a clear cut B2B sales tool on regular consumers. The path to 1B is clear. Keep going Roy.
