@Zentoris_R4G @SkiZon3 @ESBD_Verband Ich versteh was du mit "entscheidend" meinst, aber die Trainerlizenz ist Teil der Professionalisierung. Und die brauch die Szene unbedingt. Der @ESBD_Verband arbeitet dran.

@SkiZon3 @mental_diff @ESBD_Verband Trainerlizenzen sind sicher ein netter Schritt für einen besseren E-Sport, aber strukturell sicherlich kein (momentan) entscheidender Faktor. Mehr Präsenz vom ESBD, also eine deutlichere Führungsrolle innerhalb der Szene wäre sehr wünschenswert.

Unser Team beim ESBD wächst weiter. Mit Celina Dziallas begrüßen wir eine neue Unterstützung in unserer ESBD-Akademie. Als administrative Assistenz arbeitet sie an der C-Trainerlizenz mit. Schön, dich im Team zu haben, Celina! 💪

@SkiZon3 @ESBD_Verband Die Lizenz kostet im trad. Sport auch Geld - nur werden sie regelmäßig gefördert. Das im E-Sport jeder macht was er will sehe ich kritisch. Schau die E-Sport Twitter an. Leute werden nicht gepayed, Minderjährige sind nicht geschützt, usw. Ich will gern, dass sich das ändert.

@mental_diff @ESBD_Verband Ja im klassischen Sport macht das Sinn aber wieso soll ich im Esport Geld für eine Lizenz ausgeben, die ich nicht brauche? Im Esport kann doch eh jeder machen was er will

@SkiZon3 @ESBD_Verband Schau gerne mal hier vorbei - vielleicht beantwortet dies deine Frage: esportbund.de/akademie/e-spo… In eigenen Worten: weil zum Trainer-Sein nicht nur keine Hände zu haben ausreicht. Trainer-Lizenzen sind in Sportarten der Standard und in manchen sogar verpflichtend. Siehe DOSB.

@KabirBubna Where would you put flow in your formula? (I know you said its simplified ofc). I am not quite sure the best thing psychologically that you can do is not have a negative impact on performance.

@mental_diff Absolutely! The next step for organisation would be to recognise that there is a difference between players that do have this education and those that dont. 🫡

Although research like this is so important for the development of team performance and sustainability in esports, I always wonder what we really need to do to take the next step and make a real change. Will this be with really good research in academic wording behind a paywall? I don't think so. There is so much knowledge out there about practice efficiency, team culture, communication etc. However, the real bridge is how do we get that knowledge INTO the teams? With all due respect, in the current esports ecosystem, we have good esports coaches but with minimal academic knowledge, as most of them arise from being a player first. This, combined with the fact that performance/mental coaches are still the 4/5/6/7/8 staff member, the real development into a team environment is SO slow. I think there should be a more open conversation about how to make direct change. How do we get performance coaches into lower T1, T2 and lower teams. How do we make head coaches aware of all the knowledge they can use to enhance their culture?
