@merchoid ordered a Xmas gift, paid extra for delivery to make sure it was delivered before Christmas, UPS didn’t attempt a delivery, I was home all day, and now it’s being returned to sender. What are my options?

😠 Shame on @merchoid for ruining our main Christmas present.
Ordered back in October, came in to stock at the start of December, status didn’t update to dispatched so we phoned to find out why it wasn’t sent, then got cancelled without even an apology, right before Christmas 😠

@merchoid I’ve been waiting for an order since February and it has been pushed back by 6 months, have contacted support a couple of weeks ago and not heard anything back.
