Lots of activity at Nancy Guthrie's house today. A white SUV pulled into the driveway. A person who shielded their face with a hood crawled out of the back of the SUV with what looked like a document case and went into the home.

What a bunch of dumbasses, first and foremost, lazy af, throw your shit away in a trash bin, but worse, tossing your gloves out during an unresolved investigation when the suspect was wearing gloves is activity that indicates two brains cells fighting for third place.

Whew. 😩 On my way to Spring Training and had a really disappointing experience on @SouthwestAir. These new procedures? Not it. How exactly are they determining boarding groups now? Because at this point, I might as well have bought a basic ticket if this is how it’s going to work. It got better (or worse). A flight attendant inserted herself into a conversation I was having with another passenger — with way too much attitude. Just rude and completely unprofessional. Here’s the kicker: this plane has almost as many completely empty rows as full ones… but passengers can’t spread out anymore. We’re told those seats “cost more.” The empty ones. The ones no one is sitting in. Then she asked me if I paid to pick my seat. I said yes.
She followed up by asking if the two people sitting next to me paid to pick theirs. 🤨 Ma’am… how would I know? And why would that be my place to ask? I told her exactly that. She threw up her hands and huffed off. What in the world? And then… another crew member came by to “check on me,” saying he understood I was having a problem. Nice of him, but no sir. This isn’t about me. It’s about how passengers are being spoken to and treated. For the record, I was speaking with the gentleman across the aisle — and he was the one who asked why he couldn’t move to another row. At this rate, looks like I’ll be making that drive to IAH and flying #United again. The skies may be friendly… but this SW flight attendant sure wasn’t today. P.S. My company offers communication training and strategy. Just saying. ✈️ #doBetterSouthwestAirlines

I’m told many of the investigators working the case don’t even know who is in charge and whether it’s the FBI or the Pima County Sheriff.

@SouthwestAir my luggage wasn’t on the baggage carousel. Tracked down a worker at LAX and she had no clue, an hour later they found it in a closet. Apparently luggage had arrived on an earlier flight… a trained employees and an app notification would have resolved this issue.

my wife and two kids (5 and 2) are flying @SouthwestAir today. and because i refuse to pay for seats, their seats were auto assigned. my 2 year old in his own row without his mom or sister. i sorta figured when the websites breaks out age 0-4, they'd factor this in but nah...
