Trump turned down a $10 billion dollar settlement from the IRS for illegally leaking his tax returns. Instead of accepting the money, he chose to defer and have the US government create a fund of $1.776 billion for those who suffered as he did. The claim was made under valid US laws. Any other president like Obama or Biden would have taken the money and run. Trump not only put America First, he put AMERICANS first, over himself.

Apparently, you don't understand that any president doesn't have a legal right to order, or demand, or grant the IRS to move money into this fund without Congressional approval. Federal law dictates that Congress controls these waivers of sovereign immunity and payment mechanisms.

@The_FJC He did not turn down a settlement. Please either get informed or stop posting things you know are bullshit. The case was about to be thrown out of court so he directed the DOJ to settle with him, he would have gotten nothing.

Trump sued the government (himself), had his own DOJ (also him) settle it without defending the taxpayer, no judicial oversight, and used Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) to dismiss it before a judge could even rule on jurisdiction. That’s not a lawsuit .. that’s a shell game. A real improper action suit has an adversarial process. This had zero. Trump is laundering tax payer money to himself in broad daylight and you’re licking his ass while he does it. You’re a dumb ass.
