The people at @dulyhealth_care really need to realize that sending electronic messages for callbacks is not working. I can do that in MyChart (and those are ignored too).

Talked to another advocate yesterday who said a member of management would call me. No one has called.

Called @dulyhealth_care doc 10/16 and agent "sent message" for a return call. No callback. Called again yesterday. No callback. Called "patient advocate" who and was told "protocol" is that all calls are returned in 24-48 hours. He promised a callback.

@LakotaMan1 Do all you naysayers all realize he never said that the vaccines are 100% effective all the time? None are! There’s a big difference between that statement and what he wrote. No medical treatment is 100% effective all the time, but most do save lives.

As a healthcare worker who was on the frontlines during COVID, I can confidently report to you with 100% proven reliability that vaccines, in fact, do work. Please don’t listen to Joe Rogan or RFK. Because they have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. Also, I’d be more than willing to engage them both in a debate vis-a-vis COVID and the merits of vaccine efficacy.
