New Ticketmaster map, #Swifties! I got to this page instead of the seat map where you can select number of tickets. Tickets were there but disappeared very quickly! Also, I’ve heard from some fans that the timer is back. #TSTheErasTour

@jcrew_help just had an awful experience with your customer service line. Went to a store on Sunday, tried on pants, needed petite, had them order the pants. Paid extra to expedite. Got linen pants not stretch cotton. Now can’t get right ones w/o jumping thru hoops & pay to ship

Super disappointed with customer service @ATT . Gave us wrong address to return phones for the next program, we opened a ticket and they said they’d redirect. 4 months & 10 calls later, it turns out those were lies. Now being charged $1500. Can anyone recommend a new carrier?
