I stopped giving out my emails at stores Today when I asked for my email, I told the lady it’s ok. She gave me so much attitude that I left the sweater and said “actually I’m good I can do without your attitude”. I walked out Normalize making customer service people treat you with respect, and not buying if they give you attitude @jcrew pls fix

@jcrew Horrendous customer service at J. Crew. You cannot return items bought as Christmas presents with tags on and in original bags with bar codes unless it is associated with an email account. Disgraceful. Will be auctioning off these pants online and telling the story.
