I wonder how much having likely convergence insufficiency/binocular vision dysfunction is contributing to my executive dysfunction & tendency to get bad headaches/perhaps migraines after long days of reading music or tinkering with jewelry

😮💨🥺🫂I am sorry that I did not write to you yesterday, my dear friends. I am sad to tell you that I am very sick, and I fell into a deep sleep yesterday for over 16 hours. My mental state is not good, my dear friends, I feel worse than I ever have before. I hope that I will have the strength to be able to see a doctor today, but right now I can't even walk. I don't even think I can afford to see the doctor, truthfully, my dear friends. Lately money troubles have been worse than they've ever been, and I owe multiple debts and can no longer borrow from my friends.
