If you’re a fitness coach struggling to get clients, check this: Your content should do at least ONE of these: Call out a specific problem Show a clear result Challenge a common belief If it’s doing none… That’s why your DMs are dry.

@TweetinderKaul We simply lacked the infrastructure in terms of trained coaches, health & fitness experts, nutritionists, science & data backed analysis.

Most fitness coaches don’t need more content. They need content that converts.

All muslim founders with projects drop a comment with your product and I will repost and show the love. I have gotten Islamic founders over 3000 new followers in just a few days (yes I counted) Let’s all help each other and rise up ⚡️⚡️💪🏽🦁🙏

The Muslim world is 1.8 billion people. 25% of the global population. In Nigeria, over 70m Our tech infrastructure looks nothing like that. No Muslim-majority equivalent of Stripe. No halal-native investment app. No Islamic knowledge platform with serious engineering behind it

One of the traps of the fitness/strength and conditioning world is that coaches and trainers like to justify everything they do with some elaborate explanation. In reality, most of it is just personal preference. Which is 100% okay to have. You're allowed to have preferences

You can improve yourself. Every single day. Small improvements add up. Most people think they need big changes. They think they need to change everything at once. That does not work. You just need small improvements. Every single day. Small improvements add up. They compound. You become better. Slowly but surely. Keep improving. Every single day. That is how you grow. That is how you win. Small improvements. Every day. That is the truth. That is how you win. Start today. Keep going. That is it.

Most personal brand content is packaging. Looks valuable. Sounds smart. Helps nobody. The real advantage is documenting a real journey. Not the highlight reel. The whole arc. If you’re building and not documenting, you’re making the same mistake I made.

Stressing about things that are out of your control will destroy your mental health. Go day to day and just let life take you where you belong. Stay positive, stay focused and allow discipline to take over. You'll thank me later 💪💪

Best advice i can give when you start working out is this ' Rome wasn't built in a day ', everything takes time so don't get discouraged. Ask questions while keeping your ears open. Try to better yourself with knowledge to better yourself in the Gym and everyday life

A hospital in Lagos was holding a woman hostage. Not with guns. With a bill she couldn't pay. She had received treatment. She was well enough to leave. But the hospital wouldn't discharge her until someone settled the balance. So she stayed — trapped in a ward, away from her family, unable to work. This happens every single day in Nigeria. In a country where 97% of the population has no health insurance, a hospital visit can become a prison sentence. The Aproko Doctor Foundation exists because we refused to accept that. Through community-led financing — thousands of everyday Nigerians contributing small amounts monthly — we've built something that looks a lot like insurance, except it belongs to the people: • ₦50M+ paid to hospitals. 100+ patients freed. • 1,500 women screened for cancer in one Abuja weekend — 500 more than planned. • 150 women caught cervical cancer early. Alive today because of a free screening. • Solar power installed in hospital NICUs so incubators don't go dark. • ₦3.1M raised in 4 hours — one tweet, one community, one woman's prosthetic leg. The community is the insurance. We're not waiting for the system to fix itself. We're proving that when people pool their resources — even ₦500 at a time — they can do what budgets and bureaucracies haven't. If you believe healthcare should involve everybody, join us. Contribute: 0139722962 | Sterling Bank | Aproko Doctor Foundation Partner. Share this. Nobody should go broke because of healthcare. #AprokoDoctorFoundation #CommunityLedFinancing #HealthcareInNigeria #The100KClub #PublicHealth #Africa
