Hey, I'm Andraz. In 2023 I joined X as an online fat loss coach for entrepreneurs. ➝ I worked harder than I thought possible ➝ Failed more times than I can count ➝ Lost money But without it, I’d never be able to help other entrepreneurs. Why entrepreneurs? Because I’ve lived it myself. I got to 10% body fat while building my business. Spent 10,000+ hours training and studying health & fitness. And now I share those lessons with my community. ➝ Making fat loss diet sustainable ➝ Finding a system that fits you ➝ Losing fat with minimal time ➝ Combining work & fat loss And more. If you'd like to be a part of it, follow along.

Birthday, but I didn’t celebrate it the way most people do. Most people add a year to their age. I added distance from everything that doesn’t matter.

However long you think you need to diet to see your abs, double it. Most dudes who think they're 15 lbs away from seeing abs need to lose at least 30 - 40 lbs.

73% of AI experts are optimistic about AI's impact. Only 23% of the general public feels the same. The people who understand it best are the most excited. The people who fear it most  don't know enough yet. Source: Stanford 2026 AI Index

Movement is free therapy. I’ve never gone out for a long run, walk, or lift and not felt better about whatever issue I was stressing over. A lot of problems in life are solved by just moving your body.

I used to play video games, party, waste time, and wake up at 11 am. Now I go to the gym, don't drink, work on my business, and wake up at 5 am. I can safely say that taking care of your body and working hard is a more rewarding way to live.

You can scroll and complain… or build and dominate. One numbs you. The other builds you. Either way, you’re becoming something.

Most people quit too early. They win once… and slow down. They fail once… and stop completely. But neither moment defines you. Not the win. Not the loss. What matters is what happens next. Do you keep going? Or do you walk away? Because the ones who make it aren’t the ones who never fail. They’re the ones who never stop.

Outbound isn't dead. Generic outbound is dead. There's a difference. The same channel that gets ignored when you copy and paste a template still works when you actually do the research. The market hasn't changed. The bar has just gone up.

@itsbriankelly The good news is that you don't need crazy experiences to have a good story. It is more about framing it.

“I’ve no stories to share.” I hear this all the time. Here’s a simple fix: 1. Create a note, document, or spreadsheet 2. Each day, write down something that stood out 3. Over time, you’ll have stories to share Not every day will give you something. But enough will.
