@zachary135791 Recording yourself is very useful so that you can then analyse it. Also what is bad and good form? I think a perfect form will be different for everyone depending on their structure. And even with perfect form you can still get injured if there is too much weight on the bar.

It’s okay for your form not to be perfect the first time you hit a new PR. Just clean it up, before you progress again Always having “perfect form” can be a mental trap, that stops people from progressing the way they should

@AmanGrowth Discipline is showing up even when you don't feel liken, consistently. That's how you know if you have it.

Anyone can show up when life is chill. That’s not discipline. That’s comfort. Discipline is: writing a post when you have assignments pending finishing client work when you have an exam tomorrow showing up when no one would question you for disappearing That’s the part nobody sees. And that’s the only part that counts.

@MrResultss This is why having proof is so important. People don't have to think whether they should listen to you when you clearly show results.

Most marketing advice is garbage. Half of it is talk. Half of it is guessing. Real marketing shows results and makes it obvious who’s getting them. Be careful. Not every “guru” has experience. You need to pay attention to where you’re getting your advice from.

Working on an indoor bike is underrated. → I can maintain productivity for longer → I work and burn fat at the same time → Time goes by faster → I feel better It feels like cheating.
