Boomers bought their first home at 25 on a single income. Retired at 55 with a full pension. Paid $400 a semester for college. Never worried about healthcare bankrupting them. Then watched all of that disappear for the next generation and said “kids today just don’t work hard enough.” Sir you didn’t build wealth. You just happened to be born at the right time.

@jonbrooks I'm an LO and Real Estate Investor. I own 46 doors and have done over 100 transactions personally. I use an agent for every deal. I could buy or sell a home on my own but the time, missed opportunities, etc isn't worth the cost. Stay in my lane and let them do their job.

People really hate real estate agents but we are at the highest level of transactions through real estate agents ever -- 92% use a realtor There's more alternate options than ever before So why is this happening?
