@harry__kingdon How are you defining product market fit? I think it's the point at which the product solves the need in a way that is both relatable to the customer and scalable based on their business model. OpenAI have product market fit imo.

“product market fit” is a great metric for successful startups, but maybe not REALLY successful startups who are creating a category rather than filling one does SpaceX have PM fit? Ethereum? OpenAI? Thinking in terms of PMfit seems to miss what’s compelling about these projects

We are UK based and provide cover on a per wallet basis. Yes we can serve customers in the US. We have a legal/regulatory plan with our lawyers in London that we are working towards. The first step is to get our AML checks done. If you are a lawyer, it would be interesting to hear your experience as I know you tried something similar!

@joinphoenix @deformapp Are you operating in the US? How are you circumventing state by state registration as a insurance provider. In some states minimum reserves are up to 2.5mil.

Hey @anonymissNFT our lawyers have been advising us on the best approach for this and we have a lengthy legal plan ahead of us. Would be good to discuss with you if you’re open to it. We are now finishing the first draft of our risk modeling, we have our underwriting framework in place. We plan to launch with a small number of customers as we refine our product and then go for regulation when we raise capital.
