I have to disagree with most of the comments here. Very doubtful that our opponent is going to call us with just a Q at river. Calling range to a large bet at the end will consist of mostly flushes, 6hXh 4hXh and straight draws with hearts. QTos possible and slowplays unlikely

You have to really pay attention when your opponent calls the turn on a card that is so good for your range but so bad for his own. How does his call effect our play on this Th river?
