I urge you to assess the Vehicle Handling Quotient and Civic Sense Quotient of individuals who obstruct pedestrian pathways with their parked vehicles. This issue is persistent. Despite repeated communications to @MTPHereToHelp, @MumbaiPolice and notwithstanding your standard responses, there appears to have been no discernible action taken. These people either block the pedestrian pathway or block exit of my vehicles in a proper way.

हे गाडी धारक शिक्षित आहेत का असा प्रश्न पडतो. साधे गाडी व्यवस्थित लावणे देखील जमत नाही! @MumbaiPolice पहा बरे या गाड्या कशा लावलेल्या आहेत. यांवर आपली काही कारवाई आहे का? इथे अशा पार्क केलेल्या गाड्यांमुळे आमच्या घरच्या गॅरेज मध्ये लावलेल्या गाड्या देखील नीट बाहेर काढता येत नाही. नेहमीचे झाले आहे हे. कृपया काहीतरी करा. @MTPHereToHelp

It's hopeless that at this store @metro_india the management is haywire and not displaying either the price of products or mentioning the price of a totally different product at most of the places at this location. There is not even a store manager to attend to this. Moreover, the staff is uncooperative in search. 😠🛒🚫👨‍💼

It is unreasonable for the @IDFCFIRSTBank Fastag department to state the following: We would like to inform you that your service request (SR No. 1********612) has been closed on March 25, 2026, as during our interaction you confirmed that you do not wish to proceed with the Biometric KYC Doorstep request at that time. WELL I WANT TO REITERATE THAT I HAVE NEVER SAID SUCH IRRATIONAL THING. You people at @IDFCFIRSTBank after your Managers blunder at Chandigarh branch have gone mentally bankrupt! Kindly complete my FASTag biometric KYC. Failure to do so will compel me to escalate this matter to the #RBI #ombudsman @RBIsays @RBI due to service deficiency.

Its observed that toll plazas on NH 48 (Lonavla) exhibit a concerning (mal)practice. They permit private vehicles to bypass standard procedures by either accepting cash payments instead of #FASTag or allowing free passage upon presentation of a #police ID.. 👮‍♂️💰🛣️ This amounts to long waiting period at toll plazas across India due to similar practice. I called this number of some PRAVIN KANU (8879949930) supposed to be handling IDFC fastag biometric KYC at DAHISAR TOLL PLAZA. I got his number from the list published by @IDFCFIRSTBank on the fastag portal! The guy is demanding ₹200/- towards KYC of each LMV and I have to pay ₹400 for two cars! I have recorded the audio conversation and have got the proof towards it. This is sheer nonsense and amounts to looting unwary customers. Does your fast tag department check on this?
