@O2 what’s going on? Never had a problem with data usage! Last month had to have a bolt on which ran out, added 1GB today. Lasted 4 hours! I’ve relayed a voicemail, downloaded a video from WhatsApp 1:43 long, scrolled for 15mins…. Is that 1GB????

@O2 Hi there, why can one not call 1800 freephones in India on Rest of world Roaming package?. @Ofcom please can you check roaming charges policies of mobile companies, seems completely ridiculous. What are you guys there, if you cant stop mobile companies ridiculous terms. (it charges 30 times for equivalent package available in India, ALREADY)

@O2 All of us have tried all of these things. They don't provide anything other than a rare, brief connection at too slow a speed to do anything. Or even phone one another. Not ideal when you are travelling with those with health issues or additional needs.

@O2 4 of my family on O2, driving through France with no phone or data service for 99% of journey, even in major cities. All with O2 for "incl. roaming". One other in family on idmobile has had signal & data all the way. This needs fixing!!!

@O2 Yes rebooted handset numerous times, also hardware reboot. Tried air plane mode numerous times too. I’m back in England now and have no issues. I had no issues beginning of week whilst moving around Germany. Just yesterday and the drive home. All the way home, over 8 hours!!
