@I_Chose_Spurs Hello and sorry you've been unable to change your PAYG tariff 🙁. Have you recently successfully changed your tariff the past 30 days? I ask as you can only change it once every 30 days. Also, have you tried to change it via logging into (cont) bit.ly/40ExNUl
@O2 I'm having trouble changing my PAYG tariff as I've been trying for a month now and the link takes me to an error page (see screenshot) and I've tried chatting through the app and over the phone with your team but I'm getting nowhere! Can you help me sort out my tariff please?
@O2 Hey there, no I previously used to pay around £15 a month on a rolling basis that gave me unlimited calls, texts and a chunk of data (what I'd like to go back onto), but for the last few months I've been using up airtime rewards.
