We have slowly cut almost all processed food from our house over the past few years. Last night, we declared a fun cereal night, and the kids were so excited for a little throwback meal. They got all their old favorites at the grocery store. And each ended the night with a tummy ache and an overall feeling of blech. 😂 I don’t know if they will ever go back to the cereal aisle. Real food, man. It’s winning!
