A woman once called a radio program seeking advice because her younger sister, whom she had brought to her home, was slëëping with her husband.
According to her, the husband never liked the idea of the sister staying but the wife refused because she said she was the one who paid the house rent that year since her husband was out of a job.
She insisted that the sister must stay since her nursing school was also a stone’s throw from their house.
After she caught the husband and the sister, she called their oldest sister, who is like a mother to them to come and see what was happening.
The oldest sister came the next night but decided to sleep until the next morning due to tiredness and the long distance.
The next day, she called for a meeting and asked her younger sister to forgive their youngest sister. She also asked the younger sister to pack her things and start living on campus.
When it was time for this woman to leave, she said she was ill and would go in two weeks.
Before the two weeks elapsed, this woman had slept with her younger sister’s husband.
That means this man had slept with three sisters.
The lady felt so infuriated and was asking if she should just leave the marriage since there wasn’t a child in view yet.
I felt pity for her but faulted her for not obeying her husband at first.
The man probably knew his weakness.

One of the reasons poverty is deep in Nigeria is this
The people we meet daily are dishonest, lying, satanic demons who believe their only way to success is to cheat you
I know at least 2 people who can open 10 barbing salons, get cars for Uber, open shops, etc etc. They have the money to do so
But they are refusing to open one business because the employees will cheat them as they have always done
So many people with money are on this table. they are scared of opening businesses that will employ people and reduce poverty because the people that will be employed will come with the mindset to steal and wreck things
Everyone is tying up their money in real estate, stocks, REITS in America, etc. Nobody is creating Jobs.
The average Nigerian does not trust the average Nigerian

@itz_taser No matter how much we may think blaming women for such conduct is right, if we look deeper we would see that if men weren't liverless, the wicked wouldn't be left in office causing hardship daily that exposes women to 'hustling' to survive, denying them ease to afford the basics.
English

Everything is now transactional for some women.
A guy sees a beautiful girl and wants her number, he’ll have to pay for it.
A guy wants to ask her out on a date, he’ll have to buy the clothes, hair and pay her transport before she’ll go out with him.
In the relationship, he’ll have to pay her before she’ll agree to sl3ep with him.
Out of these, the only thing the man gets in return is p**sy.
Some men will continue to be slave$ to p**sy till their final days.

We've built a society where your networth is your "truth". A society where the loudest bank accounts wins every argument.
We've replaced character with currency. We no longer listen to what's being said; we just look at who's saying it.
• Billionaire talks nonsense? "Wisdom!"
• Average person speaks facts? "Who asked you?"
We've used money to replace our moral compass, and it shows.

The hatred some Nigerians have for Islam and Muslims is out of this world, man. I can’t wrap my head around it.

Until we realise that a hoe phase is a state of mind, we will not rest.
Someone's phase can start at 17 while another's starts at 25 and some after 10 years in marriage. But yawurukwa ma onwere ihe dita hoe phase, ọdiya!
No matter how you protect or claim to guide someone, if she wants to roll in that phase, she will. She will just be strategic about it. You cannot tame who doesn't want to be tamed.
No parent or sibling will sit and watch their daughter or sibling hoe around, but those who hoe around are people's daughters and siblings and this doesn't make them bad parents.
A lot of us read to respond rather than to understand. We rush to hurl insults at other people's lived and shared experiences, are they your experiences? If it contradicts yours, state it in a civil manner, agree or disagree without subliminal insults, or better still rewrite your experience on your own wall.
That the hymen of a woman is intact doesn't guarantee she will make a good wife and as unfair as life is, some won't even be able to conceive. So at that stage, what keeps the man going if he is one who wants children? Some women are frigid and only after marriage does the husband find out, so what happens? Some were deflowered by their husbands and she turned around and deflowered the peace in his family, so was it worth it? Virginity in a man doesn't guarantee the same either, because I have seen men who were tear rubbers when their wives met them but became tigers outside the home when they thought they had "found themselves."
Inasmuch as we are not encouraging it, it is delusional to think it doesn't happen or that we can do something to stop it. Prostitution is one of the oldest trades we have known, so let us be realistic - or touch the grass, like I recently read from someone.
After all is said and done, when you are ready to marry, seek out someone who is ready to marry.
Mental maturity is key.
English

@MairoEnoch I would like to phone a friend.
Uche must have seen that inevitably Emeka would fumble his relationship with Loveth. It's immaturity that made him listen to Uche.
English

On this good Friday, two full grown men started a serious fight, exchanging blows.
People gathered and separated them. Wetin happen??
"No mind this idiot." Emeka started.
"Na you be idiot. Ewu npama" Uche countered.
Another round of blows. When they were finally restrained, we heard what happened.
Emeka saw his ex-gf, Loveth. She was driving by in a clean Benz. Saw him . Stoped. Wound down, and said "Eme.. you still dey trek? I for say make you enter. But I no dey like relate with people wey no dey my level"
Emeka came up and picked a fight with Uche, saying it is Uche that encouraged him to leave Loveth that she was not his level.
He said he had always loved Loveth, that since he left her he had been unable to have any serious relationship.
Uche insist that it is not his fault that Emeka left Loveth , tht he only gave him his opinion.
Everyone just weak

@peculiarchichii Even the polooticians know that it is money Nigerians worship, which is why they do anything to get into office so they can liberally access the money without regard for tomorrow, and hold the status of priests of Mammon to the people.

Is the woman you’re committing to a whore?
Are there whores in your blood line or that of your wife?
So why do you think it’s something your child with opt for?!
Do not believe that with the help of God and intentional parenting, you will not raise whores or gay children?

@Cr7Godbrand Madness!
Goodly women are selfaware, and with a husband she respects, she will show discipline to put her eccentricities in check.
This idea of excusing a sense of entitlement, and bad behaviour based on horoscopes, periods, mood swings et al, is for men they just want to use.
English

Their own mood swings, anger, and bad behavior are often dismissed as “just hormones” or blamed on their periods. Meanwhile, when men display mood swings, anger, or bad behavior, it’s labeled as misogyny, toxicity, or emotional and verbal abuse.
One side gets explanations and excuses rooted in biology, while the other gets moral judgment and character attacks. The same types of behavior are interpreted completely differently depending on who is doing it.
This double standard allows one group to avoid accountability by attributing actions to natural causes, while the other is held fully responsible and often harshly criticized. You actually think women want equality rights?

When you argue with Muslims about why you’re a Christian, don’t waste your time pointing to Muhammad’s sexual immorality or violent legacy. And don’t reduce Christianity to Jesus’ exemplary moral life.
That’s not why we are Christians.
We are not Christians because “our guy” was nicer than “their guy.” We are Christians because of the Gospel.
What does that mean?
It means Christianity isn’t primarily about ethics, rules, or examples. It is about sonship.
Through Christ, we are adopted into God’s family. We cry, “Abba, Father.”
Our relationship with God is rooted in love and secured by grace. Salvation is not earned; it is given. It is not transactional; it is relational, covenantal. It is not wages for service; it is a gift for faith.
Islam can't offer this.
Islam is transactional. The Muslim’s relationship to Allah is that of servant to master, slave to ruler, fearing punishment more than loving God.
