@originalcotts still waiting for a response from your complaint’s department from a holiday in April that you miss sold to us due to the inaccurate description of the property. I have emailed again as asked but you seem to be ignoring me?

DO NOT book a holiday with @originalcotts - They have just cancelled my holiday which was booked and confirmed LAST OCTOBER and 'as way of an apology' have offered me 'the chance' to book another holiday with them ... Yeah right - a holiday booking you cannot actually deliver!!

@originalcotts we are on day 5 of our holiday and, despite repeated promises that someone would be in touch, no one has addressed the fact our holiday cottage was falsely advertised. Is this the service all customers can expect?
