@AmazonUK wanna explain why legal registration plates for a car are missing? Or why a manager promised delivery, and never followed through? And why amazon logistics can't be contacted by their own parent company. Disgusting customer service and I now suspect illegal operations.

@AmazonUK can you explain to me why your delivery drivers are fraudulently marking parcels as delivered and then delivering then at a later date? Or leaving them on the pavement outside a home to be stolen? Or stealing them themselves? Your customer service is a joke...

@_CaffeNero_ went for a coffee in your Cowbridge branch today, server was rude, toastie was still cold (not melted at all in middle), single shot coffee despite ordering double shots and no enthusiasm from staff to rectify issues. Terrible customer service.

@RottenInDenmark What metadata? Because it is not as simple as date & times... forensic analysis includes HASH, EPOCH and EXIF. Where is this data and what is your source? Not even the court has this ibformation yet you do?

@SpotifyCares my partner can't remember his email address to login but when he contacted your customer service, he was told there was nothing you could do. You're happy to continue taking his money though! He can't cancel his paid subscription unless he can log in... sort it out!

@SpotifyCares Firstly *us not use. As stated in my original Tweet, he did contact yourselves directly and was told there was nothing you could do... he spoke verbally with your customer care team. Please can you instruct on how he is able to either recover his account or cancel his payments.

@waitrose @waitrose yes, it was in the cafe and it was between 3pm and 3.30pm. It was a horrible experience to be honest, rudely put across.

@waitrose I had a horrendous experience in Cowbridge today. Popped in for a coffee with my Dad for his 60th and was told I wasn't allowed to buy a cake with my coffee due to not having a Waitrose card! To top it off, I discovered they're 60p cheaper in store 5m away! Disgraceful!
