This is a bit of a long shot but does anybody have or know anybody who has a copy of Volkswagen Driver magazine from June 2004, that they might be willing to sell? Awful picture but does show the cover and a pair of VW Golf G60 Limited’s. Let me know and please share. Thankyou.

@realUNICARNS G60 Limited prices have been rising for a while, only 71 hand built cars remember BUT there’s much about this auction thats odd,It’s on US EBay, the sellers agent is in Germany, the car is meant to be in Denmark AND the 2 photos are of car 056 from Spinning Garage in Japan.

One of the best sounding engines of all time, the Audi turbo 5 cylinder. EV’s may be faster but who really cares……..this is a car with “soul” right here.

On eBay at the moment. Japanese import, not even UK registered. It’s hard to see what legitimate purpose buying this pile of junk would serve. It’s easy to see the illegitimate one, though. Comes with paperwork if you can find a “donor car” somewhere 😉

@gsmales Nice example that, one of the very early GTIs, I had a Mk2 G60 Edition One for 12 years , beautiful car, would love a G60 Limited one day. The ultimate and rarest Mk2.

Plenty of results to come from @IconicAuc, but I wanted to start with one absolutely mega result. @harrym_vids Jaguar XJC V12 is well known, and that green absolutely shimmers in person. I thought the £60k-£80k guide would be good for an XJ Coupe, but it sold for £140,000 plus fees! What a special thing it is, and just shows how valued all the work that's gone into it, is.
