Incompetence at @StandardBankZA Locked out of my online bank account, then when in, all my beneficiaries deleted and unlinked from my other accounts. 47 minutes with call centre didn't resolve problem. Major hassle. #StandardBank #BrandFail @marionwish @clivesimpkins
