I've seen myself transform place from bare land to a functional farm in a space of under 4 years. The most fun bit of it is when I have to hire more employees, and I see people literally transformed after staying on the farm for a few months. Some have even learnt English from the farm. It's been a journey of challenges, but I can't tell you that I haven't enjoyed it, because that's what makes the journey with it.
