It's important as a young man to know how to leverage loan to develop. A loan isn't something to be afraid of, loan is wealth. The problem is that some people go straight from never having serviced a loan to getting multimillion worth of a loan. Every rich person is either servicing a loan or looking for a loan because no one has enough capital, not even Elon Musk, that's why he borrowed to buy twitter. Most people who get loans and get choked are like that man who works for 60yrs earning a salary and wakes up after retirement to start a business which fails one year later because he is experienced at being employed and not business. Even managing a loan is a skill you have to learn. When we talk of loans, most people what comes to their mind is borrowing and paying, it's black and white but this is a whole topic; 1. Learning to know when to borrow. 2. What is a bad loan you should stay away from. 3. Selft assesment on credit worthiness and ability to pay, just because you can afford to get a loan, doesn't mean you can afford to pay it back. 4. Negotiating interest rates. 5. Searching for good term loans, always there's someone who can give you a great loan but also one that can give you a bad one, you know how to research. 6. etc. As a young man, start growing your credit score, most people will tell you otherwise but just like you need to have a passport, a national id, TIN number, it's very important to grow your credit score, track it, improve it. It's your leverage.

How Much Capital / Money do you need right now to start or invest in your already existing business to turn it around and have it profitable and create more jobs/opportunities. Also share the current business you’re involved in, An Angel Investor could be out there but not sure who to invest in, take the shot.

I am making a huge life decision which is going to require most of my time and concentration. I am also re-discovering the love of my life: Biblical Theology. So, it seems very likely that my last post here on Uganda’s divisive politics has been placed here yesterday. That is it. It has been a pleasure. See you in another life. I have enjoyed being a source of chaos and controversy on many things and challenging the normal known way to see things. Yes, it was all planned and there was method to it. Many times I sat down with my books and did reading and reseach on exactly how to tweet in a way that elicits chaos and controversy. I was most amused that almost all the time people fell for it. Special thanks to @KKariisa who has had to manage the pressure that came with my tweets 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. You Kin have taught me plenty during the time here. For those I have hurt while I enjoyed my “movie” I am sorry. It is unchristian to start chaos in order to have a laugh. That was wrong! Christians ought to be sensitive to the feelings of others. I am yet to make a final decision on what to do with this account. For now let me switch to discussing Biblical Theology here. You have to understand just how controvercial that too is. May God richly bless you all. If you kept coming here to see what I have to say about politics sorry that will NOT happen again. Those who loved me for just that, so sorry I have left you to the rest. God bless. At 51 it is time to grow and move on. I can NOT be playing all the time. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 ❤️❤️

This person was in a serious accident. Fortunately, he was wearing an Apple Watch, which constantly monitors vital bodily functions such as blood pressure, pulse, and even falls. The watch automatically placed an emergency call to rescue its owner, pinpointing his location on a map and sending an alert message to his son: "Your father has been in an accident: I called an ambulance and you too because you're on his emergency list." When the son arrived at the scene, he found that the ambulance had already taken his father to the emergency room thanks to the automatic call, and that he had been rescued. This is a great example of how technology can be a blessing, not a curse. It all depends on how humans use it...

This man is Oyesigye Onesmus, the Executive Secretary of the Uganda Vocational & Technical Assessment Board @UVTABOfficial — formerly UBTEB, now merged with DIT and UNTEB. He corrupted both the board and the commission to cling onto his seat as ES and is now shamelessly seeking a fourth term. He manipulated the merger process of the three boards, buying his way into the new ES position. He bribed board members and MPs with kickbacks to secure his own vote instead of going through the Ministry’s proper procedures. He runs nepotistic recruitment schemes — employing relatives and then “swapping” them with other EDs in a mafia-style arrangement, so each can hide behind the other’s dirty hires. The funds meant to complete UVTAB’s new office building along Ninda–Kyambogo road were diverted to his personal businesses and shared with friendly board members. That project was supposed to be completed in 2023 but stalled due to his corruption. Meanwhile, he has quietly amassed wealth: ranches in Ibanda and Kiruhura, apartments in Buwate, Kira, and Najjera, plus multi-million-dollar residences in Kitikifumbira and Mitooma. The current board chairman is Dr. Silver Mugisha, MD of National Water and Sewerage Corporation, his close ally in these schemes. Together, they continue running these “funny deals,” bleeding institutions dry while Uganda sinks further into rot.

STATEMENT ON WITHDRAWAL FROM THE NRM EASTERN REGION VICE CHAIRMANSHIP RACE After careful reflection, sober consideration, and with a clear conscience, I have taken the difficult but principled decision to withdraw my candidature for the position of National Vice Chairman (Eastern Region), National Resistance Movement (NRM). This decision has not been made lightly. I have been privileged to serve our great party and the people of Eastern Uganda with loyalty, dedication, and unwavering commitment. My record speaks for itself in advancing the values of the NRM, mobilizing support, and contributing to the stability and development of our nation. However, the ongoing campaign process has, regrettably, been grossly compromised. The exercise has been marred by widespread corruption, open voter bribery, and the reckless expenditure of huge sums of money to influence delegates. Such practices undermine the very spirit, values, and historical mission upon which the NRM was founded. They erode the moral fabric of our Movement and threaten to delegitimize our internal democratic processes. To participate under such circumstances would be to legitimize an illegality and to endorse practices that I fundamentally oppose. I therefore choose principle over expediency, conscience over convenience, and integrity over position. My withdrawal should not be mistaken for weakness or indifference. On the contrary, it is an act of conviction and political maturity — a clear stand against the commercialization of politics and the corrosion of our party’s values. At this critical juncture, I respectfully call upon the Chairman of the NRM, the Central Executive Committee (CEC), and the Party’s Electoral Commission to urgently reflect on these challenges and to institute corrective measures. It is imperative that the NRM reclaims its moral authority by addressing these vices and initiating reforms that will safeguard our internal democracy, restore integrity, and inspire confidence among our members and the wider population. I remain steadfast in my commitment to the NRM, to the leadership of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, and to the continued transformation of Eastern Uganda and the nation at large. I will continue to serve the people of Uganda in whichever capacity I can, guided always by the principles of patriotism, integrity, and service above self. For God and My Country. Capt. Mike Mukula National Vice Chairman, NRM (Eastern Region)
