Most states do give free meals. I’ve been to Chinese schools on a grant. They have bigger classes, paper book textbooks and even old school overhead projectors. We give laptops to each student, have color hardback books and digital boards for teachers. Yet they still better because they enforce discipline standards and merit while we pass kids along that fail to meet basic standards We do less with more
