The dolphins made a bad decision. They hired a twat. They’ve made a lot of bad decisions in numerous areas on and off the field. Coaches like Tomlin have been great and he has earned his success. I want meritorious standards applied to all including him. But to say we should have more coaches based on skin color but not more players based on skin color is hypocritical.

Most states do give free meals. I’ve been to Chinese schools on a grant. They have bigger classes, paper book textbooks and even old school overhead projectors. We give laptops to each student, have color hardback books and digital boards for teachers. Yet they still better because they enforce discipline standards and merit while we pass kids along that fail to meet basic standards We do less with more

So just to be clear: Florida is trying to challenge the NFL on the Rooney Rule when there are 3 Black coaches in the NFL, two Black offensive coordinators, and four Black general managers. This is out of 32 teams. It seems like the system has worked swimmingly well for white guys, so … what’s the issue?
