@CromaSupport Extremely disappointed. Purchased a 32" Smart TV from Croma Epicuria Mall, Kirti Nagar on 12 June 2026, and it developed a major issue within 24 hours (stuck in Recovery Mode). It's been 4 days of follow-ups, but no update, no technician visit, and no replacement.
