Most traders ignore pain until it starts affecting performance. Starting next week, I’ll break down the most common issues and simple ways to fix them. First: back pain. What should I cover next?

@CoachDanGo It's a routine, just like any other. If you want to be better, you need to establish a healthy routine.

The biggest cheat code is eating the same meals every day. It's been shown to reduce total calorie intake by 40%. You make less food decisions meaning you rely less on willpower. The leanest people I know aren't aiming for variety. They're eating similar meals every day.

Traders, what limits you most during long sessions and why? • Pain • Focus • Fatigue

@martinfxtrade Exactly. Plus lots of traders forget to take care of their body. Having no pain and having a conditioned body will result in clearer thinking and longer focus.

@tonysnip3r Overtrading not only results in blowing your account, but also wrecking you mentally and physically over time.

I remember when I used to force trades every day. Thought more trades = more money. That mindset almost blew my account. The moment I learned patience, everything changed. The day you realize you don’t need to trade every day… is the day your account starts growing. The market becomes easier when you stop trying to force it.

@profitalignment @CoachDanGo Why in the world would anyone supplement anything with no real knowledge as to what is going on in their own body? Supplements can have very negative side effects.

@Selsboo79 @profitalignment @Mubarak_mubious If 2400 is your biggest then you werent very overweight. Currently I probably consume 3.5k to 4k calories a day and its an issue. But cutting down to even 2.5k calories no matter how normal the meal is im starving. I can eat all the meat and carbs I want and still feel hungry

@Selsboo79 @Mubarak_mubious With 2400 at your biggest still means you probably weren't overweight. People who are overweight eat 2x or more calories than you do EVERY SINGLE DAY. At one point I could eat 1600 calories per day and wouldn't be hungry, but that doesn't make my point any less valid.

@profitalignment @Mubarak_mubious Noooo that’s rubbish. At my biggest I ate 2400 calories per day. Protein, fibre & carbs keep you full for longer. I’d save 400 calories for a treat at the end of each day and always felt full.

@Tim_Denning Worst part is, most people will tell you that you need to do this to be an adult. And if you want to start a business and avoid a 9-5 job, you're just avoiding "hard work". When in reality they don't even know what hard work actually means.

A big mistake a lot of traders make: Thinking that taking care of their body is taking time away from trading. In reality it will make your trading 10x more productive. Taking care of your body isn't limiting your profit. It's increasing it.
