Let’s be honest: the @ZacharyGarris trial, where the left gets coddled and a good, traditional, godly man gets picked apart and persecuted is just one of THOUSANDS of evidences that actual Christians are not safe in our current American ecclesiastical environment. Love the church, with all your heart under Christ, but recognize that it is deeply divided, often cruel, full of unbelief, and unstable emotionally—carnal. Love rejoices in truth. One either finds himself in these uniparty, longhouse, slow-fussy-liberal, sectarian struggle session type denominations or in even smaller, more highly chaotic personality cult situations. That fracturing began in the 1800s and accelerated during the 1900s. Many good men and good local churches exist in these groups, but in universal experience they are only one assault, one new fad, or one new scandal from destruction—people disposed of, families torn apart, churches split, and Jesus’ name blasphemed. “Conservative” institutions are few and weak, reactive and brittle, fragile yet mouthy, conserving little, usually just temporarily rallying around rhetorical LARPing, cosplayers in the slow decline of the West. There is currently no real forward motion at any scale. Let’s just stop being children and be honest. The sheep are scattered and persecuted among fractured and fracturing communions. Independency of various forms is now the norm, even in denominations. Strong men show up here and there and rally irrational cults or local renewals around them. But there is no coherent national church. No healthy national movement. No revival. No healthy institutions. It really is that bad. We will have to live by faith not sight, keep ourselves in the love God, and set our hope in His promises. The outward supports are a broken reed to lean on.

@DefiantBaptist @EvangelicalDW The PCA was NGMI when they refused any substantive action against Johnson then patted themselves on the back when he left of his own accord and took a whole flock with him.

Let me trace the timeline here because nobody's connecting it. Step 1: Scrape the entire internet. Every book, every article, every conversation, every piece of art, every forum post. Do it without asking. Do it without paying. Step 2: Train a model on all of it. Call it "artificial intelligence." Step 3: Go to BlackRock's Infrastructure Summit and announce: "We see a future where intelligence is a utility, like electricity or water, and people buy it from us on a meter." Step 3 is where you sell people's own knowledge back to them. On a meter. They took the collective output of human thought, compressed it into a model, and now they want to charge you by the token to access a version of what you and everyone you know already created. One Reddit user put it perfectly: "They stole all this data from us, the people, our life's work, creativity, art, by devouring the internet and blowing through all copyright laws. Now they want to sell it back to us in the form of a utility." Imagine if someone photocopied every book in the public library, burned the library down, and then opened a subscription service for the copies. That's the metered intelligence business model. And they're pitching it to infrastructure investors as though they invented water.

@ptomer I have been told: "it's necessary due to language." Which naturally brings another question to the foreground...It will be interesting to see how this is handled given the assumed adoption of Rev. Glaser's report next month.

@ShawnMathis1972 In fact, when he left and took his flock with him, many PCA pastors/elders rejoiced that it was all over and patted themselves on the back for “handling” it.

Homosexual Greg Johnson was a minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), actively pro-gay and nothing happened to him.
Greg the Retard Emperor@BreakingIdols83

@ShawnMathis1972 Yeah and the Evangelical Presbyterian Church wants to ordain a bunch of Sam Allberrys and Greg Johnsons to be ordained in the church.

Why did the US gov burn alive 80+ Americans at Waco over unregistered guns claim but ignores a fortified Muslim compound in Plainfield, IN with a bio lab, crematory, military fencing & armed security? Why did Indiana State Senator Mike Young from Indianapolis confirm the Muslim compound funnel money through terrorist organizations? Why is our own Government giving them millions of dollars in grants? We deserve answers immediately. Indiana is a Christian state. Investigate ISNA. #Waco #Plainfield #investigateISNA

Tomorrow is Pentecost (Whitsunday) in the Western Church. If you have our liturgical color Jerusalem Cross pins, and wish to follow the calendar tomorrow would be Red. Regardless of which pin you wear, my earnest prayer is that you take yourself and your family to a church tomorrow that feeds you the Word and Sacrament, and reminds you that Christ has NOT left us as orphans. Just days after his ascension, Christ did exactly what He promised his disciples he would do, and sent his Holy Spirit upon his Church with power. "And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you." - Romans 8:11 This is our sure hope. And our firm foundation. Praise be to God. #DeusVult 🫡

10+ years ago, I was told I could not fail a 7th grade black kid who had not turned in 90% of his work and for one paper just copy/pasted a wiki article even leaving in “[disambiguation needed]”. I was told it was “too socially damaging.” Look what we have socially now.
Frank McCormick@CBHeresy

I taught at a school like this, and I would always give the kids doing this a Gran Torino Clint Eastwood stare because I knew 95% of them had a 3rd-grade reading level and were only graduating because our principal threatened our jobs if we failed them.

At the root of America’s problems is a spiritual deadness in its people and their consequent rebellion against God. Generally speaking, Americans are God-haters, despite what words pass over their lips and what outward displays of religiosity they present, and what we have left of Christianity in America is mostly only a hypocritical facade masking a deep apostasy. Those who do not recognize this might be capable of identifying many of America’s problems, but they will never be capable of solving them.

Anyone not betting against Trump as the long-term strategy has no political instincts whatsoever. If the course continues, he will (in retrospect) be one of the most disappointing presidents of recent memory. He will prove the corruption of the establishment—not by thwarting it, as was hoped and anticipated, but by falling to it. An avatar of betrayal. This means the root mandate and the key associated issues—deportations, strong borders and economy, productive capacity, a latent national consciousness, etc.—will endure after he (and therefore MAGA) are gone. However, this doesn't mean they will be easy to take up. In some instances, they may be poisoned for a time, ironically due to Trump, as is sometimes the case in Europe now. We have yet to experience the full effects of Iran, a war which many attribute in part or in total to our entanglement with Israel. Now Massie is unseated by an unprecedented 33M spend in an election which many perceive as a showdown between American sovereignty and Jewish chicanery. Every day the American wallet is hit as people pump fuel and buy groceries, and Trump goes on TV to say he doesn't think about it and may run for prime minister in Israel. The writing is on the wall to every man who can think beyond today and its tropes. Trump's charisma, whatever its powers, will not be able to carry him to safety beyond the reach of the judgment of history and of the basic law of reaping and sowing. His own words condemn him. It is increasingly the case that we can only conclude that his life was spared at Butler by a distinct providence in order for him to commit political suicide of his own volition.

So let me get this straight, it was revealed that the United States ruling class is full of child torturing pedophiles and the reaction of the American people wasn’t to immediately revolt, but to vote out Thomas Massie who helped expose the scandal America is cooked 💀

An IRL friend pointed out to me that the elites of each country are trying to build their own AI systems the way ancient kingdoms constructed their own pantheons of gods. Consider the reverential and mystical way they talk about AI, like it's a being rather then a mere technology, how they believe it will bring them military victory, economic dominance, and even favorable weather. Notice how they are willing to make massive, irrational sacrifices to gain access to it. Kind of makes you suspect the same forces behind paganism are playing the same old song on a new instrument.
HealthRanger@HealthRanger

Something's totally off about the number of data centers being built (over 3,000 right now) and the sheer size and compute power they represent. They are massively OVER-building capacity that can't possibly be met by customer demand for compute. And customer revenues can't possibly recover the financial investment needed on these projects. There's clearly some other plan afoot, and I don't yet know what it is. It involves massive compute, but not merely to serve inference or hosting databases and corporate data. There's a much larger plan at work here.

@resisfertile Experienced it first hand when I was removed from teaching my Bible class at a classical Christian school by a headmistress (who was PCA herself) for letting 1 Tim 2 speak for itself. Because I would not allow a “pastrix” interpretation, she hounded me out of the school.

My mentor from 30 years ago observed and said that a classical education is just as quick a route to liberalism and other problems as a public school education... mainly because people ASSUME it is somehow superior. Assumptions are dangerous things.
𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐭@clbolt

Wish I could be excited, but I'm worried about what constitutes acceptable disagreement. For example, a local CC chapter recently promoted transgender ideology via "biblical" pronoun hospitality. If such subversive sexuality is accepted there, what sets the college model apart?
