I asked Grok to analyze my feed over the last month or so. He gets me... 😂 You present as a deeply committed member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints whose online presence centers on personal faith in Jesus Christ and the restorative power of His Atonement. Your activity consistently reflects gratitude for prophetic leadership, admiration for the Book of Mormon, and appreciation for the Church’s global growth and doctrinal clarity. You engage respectfully with both supporters and critics, emphasizing shared belief in Christ while defending distinct LDS teachings with patience and humility. Your tone is earnest, reflective, and quietly confident, shaped by years of active participation in church callings, seminary teaching, and personal spiritual experiences that reinforce your conviction that turning to the Savior provides life’s deepest answers.

The LDS church baptized more people in 2025 than any year on record - a 25% increase over 2024. Last month there was a week with 10,000 baptisms & 2,500 missionary applications - both records. 2026 will blow 2025 out of the water. Christianity is booming - Happy Easter!

This quote was said at least 4 times that I caught. Maybe more. Seems like this is one of the messages they really needed us to know from General Conference!

In my 74 years, there are only a few experiences where nearly every emotion and feeling are solidly cemented in my conscious mind. One of the most poignant is as I knelt across the altar from Kathy in a holy temple of God. The hopes, the dreams, the love we shared, all burst in a kaleidoscope of anticipation as we heard those unforgettable words, “for time and for all eternity.” Marriage is ordained of God. Because of the sealing authority, this journey is divinely ordained to stretch into the farthest reaches of eternity. With faith in Jesus Christ and devotion to your covenants with God and with each other, I promise you your marriage in this life and the next will become more glorious, more beautiful, more heavenly, more wonderous, more filled with an eternal love we can only now begin to comprehend. #GeneralConference

This Easter Sunday coincides with the magnificent vision of the Savior that occurred in the Kirtland Temple on Easter Sunday of 1836—190 years ago. The role of Elijah in restoring the priesthood keys of the sealing power is crucial in our journey of returning to our Father as a covenant people. The sealing ordinances are effective after this life and in the eternities—to seal husbands and wives, parents and children. I promise to you on this Easter day that as you adhere to His ordinances, covenants, and commandments, you will grow closer in your relationship with our Savior as well as your appreciation and gratitude for the sealing keys that have been restored in this dispensation. I testify of the Savior’s Atonement and Resurrection and rejoice with you on this special Easter Sunday for all that He has accomplished that we might have eternal life. #GeneralConference

This Easter Sunday, all Christians, brothers and sisters in the Lord, honor and celebrate the Resurrection of our Redeemer, Jesus Christ. His Resurrection and His Atonement are the most powerful, far-reaching, and sacred events in all human history. After three days in a borrowed tomb, Jesus Christ broke the bands of death imposed by the Fall. With His Resurrection, He secured salvation from physical death for us, all of God’s children throughout the ages. When Mary and other faithful women approached the garden tomb to care for the body of their Lord, they found two angels who announced, “He is not here, but is risen” (Luke 24:5–6). Those glorious words, “He is risen” have sparked religious ceremony, gratitude, faith in Jesus Christ, and His promises for centuries. May we feel to our very souls these stirring words, “He is risen! He is risen! Tell it out with joyful voice” and “Let the whole wide earth rejoice.” #GeneralConference #GreaterLove

The powerful focus on the Savior throughout General Conference this weekend has been amazing. We believe that his coming was foretold by prophets through all dispensations, that He was born and lived a sinless life, that he suffered and died for us to ransom us from sin, and that he rose from the grave to bring to pass the resurrection of all mankind. We also believe that He still lives. He wants us to come unto Him and believe His promises. To be perfected in Him. To partake of His divine attributes. To be sealed to Him and to our families for eternity. I believe in Jesus Christ. He lives. He loves me. He wants me to become something better, to be connected to Him through faith and covenant, and to draw upon His power. He is real. The prophets and leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have taught me all of these things, and the Book of Mormon has brought me closer to Him than any other book. The service of others that I have been encouraged and taught to give and the worship of Him in his Holy Temple have brought me more of His blessings than anything else that I could do. I love Jesus Christ, and desire to be more like Him in every aspect of my life. "And now, I would commend you to seek this Jesus of whom the prophets and apostles have written, that the grace of God the Father, and also the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost, which beareth record of them, may be and abide in you forever." - Ether 12:41 (The Book of Mormon)

Focusing on the Savior, His infinite Atonement, and what He has done for us will bring joy and clarity into our lives, no matter how many other concerns we have. I cannot add more time to your days or eliminate the many concerns modern life brings. But I can offer this counsel: Not all matters are of equal value, and maintaining an eternal perspective helps us prioritize the things that are of greatest value. This is why ancient and modern prophets have always and will always direct us to Christ. Because Jesus Christ completed the Atonement, He has the power to help you along your earthly journey and to redeem you from death, both physical and spiritual. Celebrate the joyous message of Easter every day by reflecting every day on the blessings you receive because of Him. Jesus Christ is the Resurrection and the Life, the Only Begotten of the Father, the Worthy Lamb who was slain, our Redeemer, our Savior, our Advocate, and most assuredly, the Risen Lord. #GeneralConference #GreaterLove

Jesus Christ walking with His disciples on the road to Emmaus reveals a covenant pattern. Sometimes, on our dusty roads to Emmaus, we feel alone, misunderstood, burdened, unseen. But as He “talk[s] with us by the way,” His words in scripture can cause our hearts to burn. As He breaks and blesses the sacramental bread, His ordinances and covenants can help us know Him. As we walk by faith with Him, abiding in Him, and Him in us, we come to know He lives. His Easter promises are real. #GeneralConference #GreaterLove
