@buttonpilled This is so reallll, I’m going back home from uni for a week before summer school and IM DREADING THIS EXACT THINGGG. Like do I even have a chance cuz I actually go brain dead around bread and ice cream

to her, im just overeating my “fav” snacks but to me i have no control around them, i genuinely feel so mindless and i just feel like some zombie chomping on whatever i can find. its so nice to know ppl here who understands how exhausting bingeing is but i wish my mom knew too-

i really wish my mom was more understanding abt my bingeing. i tell her sm times to not buy my binge trigger snacks but she still does bcoz its “her money to spend” and shes also “eating the same snacks” but the thing is each time shes bought it im always the one to finish it.

Being an artist and a former gymrat means my breakfast is beautiful and dainty, and my dinner is the most egregious slop bowl the world has ever seen

i hate eating with other people, i feel so judged & it’s always so triggering, i am always comparing portions and seeing how quick they eat to pace myself. SO EXHAUSTING

losing 20+ pounds and still being bigger/normal is hell bcoz no one else would know the weight u lost and they probs just see u as PAINFULLY average. like guys NO i used to be WAY bigger but just waitttt until i reach my ugw 🤕

I wish I locked in when I hit 157 earlier this year, but for some reason my fatass celebrated the milestone with two month straight of bingeing…. LIKE GORL I COULDVE BEEN LIKE 145-150 RN?!? FUQQQ
