@dialabed hello dial bed please I bought a new bed in sea point and was delivered to my house . However the first night I notice that the bed make a lot of noise and when I checked I see the bed was use already for a long time . I contacted the dealer but nobody wants to help

@dialabed be careful with this company . They just sold me a second hand bed. I paid a lot and they gave me a bed that was returned from somebody else. Just cannot believe the mistake I made .

@Uber_RSA I received a R500 charge on June 12th, which I don't know the reason for. I've been trying to speak to an agent for 4 days, and no one has answered. Who is in charge of this company? Using private data to extract money from users' bank accounts. I demanded a response.

@Uber_Support I dont have a choice that come back to this channel. Apparently my issue was resolve and the money will be refund. However due to the circumstances I cancelled my card with my bank. So I don’t know if the money will be refund. I asked the agent what should I do in this case.
