Potentially a Streisand moment for @scope - now so many people are wondering if Scope support disabled womens right to same sex intimate care.

Scope — a charity that prides itself on its commitment to “inclusivity” — rescinded its invitation for the London Marathon to the Singing Striders choir over its founding members’ gender-critical beliefs. It has now reinstated the choir, but the group is, quite rightly, choosing to go its own way. Gender-critical beliefs are protected under the Equality Act 2010 and were reaffirmed by last year’s landmark Supreme Court ruling. Despite this, those penalised for their gender-critical beliefs remain the single largest category of cases at the Free Speech Union. Charities like Scope cannot cherry-pick which protected characteristics they wish to support.

Again. Why can't you just Google? You look extremely disingenuous now and it's obviously your agenda you give a shit about. Not disabled people.
“You have control over who provides your care and who to recruit as your PA” directly from scope website. Again - two second Google.
Same sex care can never be guaranteed, as with ANY care service, because shit happens. It's still service user's choice. Scope don't even provide care.

There is no "transition" that will take them out of the male sex class and there is zero chance of them ever being women.

@Mcbeath_on_sea Its Park Run that creates the catagories - we are simply saying they need to comply with the Equality Act.
If they include men in the woman catagory then it becomes a mixed sex catagory.
Why have catagories at all if they aren't important? PR can easily do away with them.
