@Lightbring33r So good. I still can't believe there are still people out there who found a way to convince themselves to trust AA after he continues to sh*t on his shareholders time and time again. It's been sad to watch

Why $QS retail investors are selling a $55 dollar stock for $7.62 This is a good entry point. The retail market is currently dumping QuantumScape $QS in the $7.60 to $8.00 range because they are completely misinterpreting the company's structural evolution. They view it exclusively as a struggling, delayed consumer electric vehicle (EV) battery supplier. While asserting an immediate $55 intrinsic value right now ignores the reality of their pre-commercial phase and current production optimization challenges, the core premise is correct: retail is leaving massive potential on the table because they fundamentally do not understand the underlying technology or its new market applications. Retail is selling an EV stock, completely missing the massive strategic pivot announced in the spring of 2026. QuantumScape is no longer solely tethered to the slow automotive validation cycle; they are actively positioning their high-performance solid-state design to address the explosive energy demands of AI data centers. The technology provides safer, significantly denser power capable of sitting directly inside server racks. This pivot is already bearing fruit, as the company reported its first-ever customer billings of $11 million from ecosystem partners in Q1 2026. Retail assumes the hardware is still just theoretical lab data. In reality, QuantumScape inaugurated its "Eagle Line" pilot production facility in early 2026. They are actively producing near-production QSE-5 B-sample cells, which have demonstrated improved energy density and cycle life, and are already shipping them to automotive partners for rigorous testing. While retail panics over standard EV headwinds, QuantumScape is quietly securing global commercial architecture. Beyond their licensing shift with Volkswagen's PowerCo, they just announced a major joint research agreement with Honda R&D Co. in June 2026. They now have active engagements with four of the top 10 global automakers. The executive structure is aggressively shifting away from pure automotive integration and toward grid-level and defense technology. In early 2026, $QS added Tesla co-founder JB Straubel to its Strategic Advisory Board. More tellingly, they appointed former U.S. Air Force Chief Scientist Dr. Mark Maybury and defense executive Ross Niebergall to their advisory and directorial boards. This signals a calculated move into national security and defense applications, completely independent of commercial EV timelines. Retail is pricing in standard lithium-ion manufacturing delays; institutional capital is tracking the deployment of a foundational energy storage platform. $QS #QuantumScape #SolidStateBatteries #DeepTech #ArtificialIntelligence #EnergyStorage

Shaquille O'Neal shares the investing advice he got from Jeff Bezos that made him millions “I used to go to all these conferences cause I wanted to feel smart. You want to be smart, hang around smart people” “This was when Jeff Bezos, years before he created Amazon, he said, ‘You invest in things that's going to change people's lives’” “At that point, I was investing in ghetto stuff and crazy stuff and was losing. I was trying to get rich quick” “He said you invest in things going to change people's lives. So Ring was the first one…”

@PSInvestor Just for clarity, Honda signed a JRA not a JDA. If all goes well. Conservative estimates place a JDA at 18-36 months and most aggressive could come 12-18 months.

I have been accumulating $QS since the start of 2025, so it is a little funny watching X only now wake up to it on the $QS X $HMC Honda news. Fine by me. The Tim Holme and Shahar Noy conversation is the clearest sign yet that the thesis just grew a second leg. Starting with what X is catching up to. $HMC R&D did not put out a press release, it signed a joint development agreement, and only after one of the most rigorous evaluations $QS has run. Atsushi Ogawa, COO at $HMC Honda R&D, said $QS technology "demonstrated compelling and unique advantages during our evaluation." That is a blue chip OEM putting its name down after looking under the hood. For years $QS was a single-track bet. Solid-state for EVs, with $VWA.NE and PowerCo as the anchor. That track is still there. What changed is a credible second front in AI data centers, and the framing is sharp. In the AI buildout, power is the bottleneck, not silicon. Energy density and safety per square millimeter is what data center architects will pay for. That is why the Shahar Noy hire matters more than a normal executive add. Thirty years in tech, twenty-five in semiconductors, ten building data center systems across $AVGO, $SNDK and $MRVL. That is not a marketing hire. That is someone who knows how a rack is built, how hyperscalers buy, and where the pain lives. Bringing him in says $QS wants to commercialize this beyond a slide. The math they walked through is hard to ignore, and to be clear these are projections from the conversation, not settled facts. A GPU pulls roughly 3x the power of a CPU, racks are getting about 3x denser, and you scale that across a cluster. The result is on the order of 50x more power demand in the AI era versus cloud compute. Within five years, GPUs up around 5x and racks up around 8x. Hundreds of megawatts to gigawatts per site, and grid supply catches up slowly. The pipe between the grid and the GPU is where the gap sits, and almost no one is talking about it. $QS sits in that gap three ways, all leaning on real attributes of the cell, not promises. Delivery at 800V, already shown through the PowerCo and Ducati work. Storage at higher watt-hours per liter, which gives architects more room to pack GPUs into the same footprint. And buffer use, where the cell acts as a fast discharge layer that smooths spiky AI workloads so GPU utilization stays near peak. Safety is the quiet part of the bull case. A solid-state cell with a non-combustible ceramic separator is a very different risk conversation inside a 24/7 hyperscale building than lithium ion. As distribution moves to 800V, the risk profile moves further into the facility, and that favors cells that do not go thermal. The supply chain behind the hardest part is lining up too. The ceramic separator has always been the choke point in solid-state, and $QS now has Murata and $GLW helping scale it. Two manufacturing heavyweights standing behind the separator is how a licensed recipe turns into real volume. What I like is that this expands the market without abandoning EV. Same cell, same chemistry, different end market, faster procurement cycle. Hyperscalers are writing close to $1 trillion in AI capex this year. If even a sliver routes into advanced battery buffers and backup units, the optionality is real. I am not pretending the work is done. Actual data center contracts, named hyperscaler partners, and volume all still have to be earned, and the PowerCo ramp is still the anchor for commercial credibility. But the positioning is sharper than it has been in a long time, and the hire backs it up. And I do not think $HMC Honda is the last OEM to convert. A Nissan $NSANY corporate executive sat in $QS's Kyoto symposium last November, alongside $HMC Honda and a Murata EVP, the same room as $HMC Honda before $HMC signed. I think $NSANY Nissan is next on the board. Bullish, and no longer the single-track kind. $QS is solid-state aimed at two of the largest capex cycles of this decade. I am sitting back on the position and building the next one daily. Which runs first, the next OEM or the first data center design win? It's not a sprint, it's a marathon.
Patient Investor@PSInvestor

$QS 1xd already. It is my biggest 2028 timeline position. Bigger than $NVTS, bigger than $ACHR. Built across multiple accounts. Roth, wife's Roth, taxable. Plus LEAPs in each. Most of the shares came in early 2025 between $3.74 and $5.27. Why this much, this early. The team. The CEO and leadership group executed every milestone in 2025 cleanly. No delays. No reframed timelines. No quiet slips on commitments. When you bet early on a story stock, the only thing that really matters is whether the team does what they say. This team does. Solid-state lithium-metal batteries do not exist at scale today. $QS is closer than anyone. The PowerCo licensing agreement with @VW gave them an industrial path to 40 GWh, expandable to 80 GWh. Q1 2026 showed a narrower loss, a new strategic advisor from defense, and an AI data center pivot that broadens the market beyond EVs. The horizon is 2028. The thesis has not changed. If anything, it has gotten stronger. It's not a sprint, it's a marathon.

$QS $VW: 🚨Volkswagen Sales Chief, Martin Sander, suggests plan to sell a limited number of luxury EVs with @QuantumScapeCo batteries "very soon" with mass production of affordable vehicles by the beginning of the next decade (2030). 👀 Volkswagen also plans to offer electric cars with extremely short charging times for the mass market. However, the company is taking its time, especially compared to Chinese electric car manufacturers. According to brand CEO Martin Sander, this is not expected until the early 2030s. “We can already do that in the lab,” said VW sales chief Martin Sander on the t-online podcast “ Vorangedacht ” (Thinking Ahead). “We will be able to do it very soon, but at a very high price for a very exclusive number of customers.” The company’s goal is to provide affordable vehicles for many customers. Therefore, charging from 10 to 80 percent in five minutes will likely take some time. h/t: u/Ajaq007 on the QS Weekly Lounge ecomento.de/2026/06/15/vw-…

Added more $QS Jan 2028 $10 strike LEAPS at $2.84. Sticking to the exact same strategy. Honestly can't understand how the market is pricing them this low right now. Don't sleep on historical seasonality. Look at the massive peaks around July 18th over the last 3 years : 🔹2023: +146.93% 🔹2024: +36.42% 🔹2025: +164.26% This year, Ducati's 100th anniversary in early July could serve as a massive catalyst, potentially bringing crucial updates on the Ducati V21L field testing. Positioned for the long game.
