In 9 HF pts w/ cardioMEMS started semaglutide (8) or tirzepatide (1) with 6 month f/u - Average of 3 mmHg ⏬️ with 6 kg (5%) wt ⏬️. No diff in GDMT or diuretic use - PAP ⏬️ was higher than previously reported with other wt loss rx. Similar trends in REF (4) & PEF (5)
