Nothing says “the interests of justice” like the DOJ moving to dismiss cases against white nationalist leaders who led attacks on police officers in an effort to overturn a free and fair election. Such a pitiful chapter in the history of the Department of Justice when there is no justice left.

This is mind-blowing - did the CA legislature just pass a bill to cover up their own crimes? Sure seems that way. The Assembly Judiciary Committee voted 11-2 to effectively make certain forms of investigative journalism illegal. Here's the deal. According to their bill, journalists would face civil sanctions of $4,000 minimum if an immigrant services fraudster wants to be off camera and ends up suing. Not only that... but they can secure an injunction preventing them from being exposed on camera by a journalist for up to four years. If the original video exposing the fraudster isn't taken down, the journalist could face up to three times the amount of the initial civil penalty: $12,000. The bill protects “immigrant service centers” - wondering what THOSE are? Examples: fake Somali daycares or Los Angeles hospice centers. It would literally protect them from legitimate journalists by classifying them as “harassers.” In w worst case scenario, if a journalist is accused of posing an "imminent threat" and "doxxing" them... they'll be hit with criminal charges and $10,000 in fines (the JOURNALIST - NOT the CRIMINAL!).
