@redBus_in Hi, I booked 5 tickets from Srisailam to Bangalore. My destination was Electronic City, due to bus breakdown in between around 4 am early morning we waited till 6 am, finally at 6:30 they arranged one local bus to drop us. However they dropped us in KRpuram .

This is a pathetic experience from @redBus_in . I booked a ticket for Siliguri on 10th April now bus operator said they cancelled the booking for their issue. Neither red bus helped nor the operator. Operator asked me for extra money for alternative @prakashsangam
