@identibase called yesterday to change the details on my dads cats chip. Told that it would be free as the owner had died, but your system was down. Called back today to be told I can’t change it to someone else’s name and they had to call. They did and were told it’s not free

@AvivaUK So why would you mail said dead customer to give them their new policy documents?

@EE @avivaplc @NetflixUK @BritishGas All of you should be ashamed of yourselves. All of you were notified of an account holders death. And all of you are still emailing the deceased’s email address, either to invite back or to advise of account changes.
