Of course they don't all need MRI and admission. But they do need a humble approach and acceptance of the difficulties of diagnosing vertigo, without over-reliance on shortcuts. The anecdotes here are heavily biased and not truly evidence imo.

No one who knows vertigo thought we were, but it had to be proved. Knowledge gap can only be narrowed by more training, and that's what GRACE-3 recommends.
