UPS Store (not employees of UPS) said they have lots of complaints about this dropbox. I, being charged $800 because @UPS didnt pick up the drop box. Or the package was stolen. @LongmontPS. how do I file a report for stolen property?

@UPS I am hoping someone here can help me. I dropped a package at a UPS drop box. It was never scanned into the system. I have been calling customer service and they can‘t help. I went to the UPS store -they said there have been lots of complaints about that drop box.
