@theposh Had a great afternoon at the POSH with the senior group with guest speaker Paul Showler. One of the best I've been to. Very interesting to hear of his football career and his profession as a Chartered Physiotherapist. Credit to Peter & Sandy Lane for the organising.

It's a day of birthday's today, starting with Club President Alan Methley. Alan made his playing debut back in 1964, made over 200 appearances, and has been a loyal servant, filling just about every role at the club since. Happy birthday Mr. President!

Disappointing result for us today but, putting that aside it feels so good to be back out on the pitch fighting with the boys after a year out 🙌🏼 8 cup finals to go, and this group will give it everything for the club and fans💪🏼🔴⚪️

@StamfordWomen Our final game of the season against Worksop is a long way off, but will give the group time to heal any injuries and prepare for a grand final. Hope to see extra support turnout for this one as it's well deserved.

@swanabi The Welsh Open tournament produced some top quality snooker. Also good to see these events so well attended. Pleased for Barry, well deserved. To think it nearly didn't happen for him. Nice tributes at the presentation end.

First went to the Welsh Open as a kid in the 90s. One of my 1st jobs was as a runner at the event, then assistant producer and reporter. It's been a dream to present the evening sessions alongside some legends this week. So chuffed to see Barry back in the winner's circle 👏
