I'm a Neutron surrounded on social media by Protons and Electrons.

imagine losing your favorite sport to a country that couldnt give two shits about it

Some guy pulled up to the World Cup event in a MAGA hat to harass the Mexico supporters and a bunch of Korean dudes stepped up and almost jumped him. This is the closest we’ve ever been to world peace 😭

One of the funniest things about the World Cup/Olympics/whatever is how Australia truly believes they have like a massive bitter sports rivalry with the United States and Americans have zero awareness of this

The last time foreigners enjoyed a World Cup this much was back in 2014 🇧🇷 They’re loving the 🇺🇸 and 🇲🇽 As for 🇨🇦, I don’t know. They’re ok.

Real question, does america really think it has a chance at winning a world cup?

USA fans are in for a rude awakening when USA face European giants like France, Argentina and England. Im a patient man I’ll wait.

The World Cup has done irreparable damage to the anti-American narrative.

Some Seattle soccer fans have mixed feelings about patriotically backing the U.S. team during the FIFA Men's World Cup, given the actions of President Donald Trump. #Echobox=1781802264-2" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">seattletimes.com/seattle-news/w…

@olpafc_ Chanting “it’s coming home” for 40 years builds expectations. We don’t have the burden of expectation. David vs Goliath thing

Europeans coming to our country for the World Cup and having the best time they’ve ever had and undoing decades of progressive propaganda in a week is *chefs kiss* incredible. USA!!!! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 (Also how does Europe not have ranch dressing)

This is 100% the experience in NYC. Hotel bookings are *lower* here than this time last year. Bookings into JFK are down from last year. FIFA had projected 1.2M visitors to NY/NJ. We will be lucky to hit 1/3 of that. Huge disappointment.

I find soccer purists weird. Every sport, as it gets popular, makes adjustments to accommodate television coverage. Yes, the phony cover story of "hydration" is a bit silly, but healthy sports allow television networks to make more money so they can make more money!

The United States will be the best soccer team in the world in 8 years Every kid in the states is watching the World Cup and picking up a soccer ball after this tournament

Serious question for knowledgeable soccer fans. Is there any country you have seen play so far in the World Cup that you think no way the US team could hang with?
