@ObhishekSaha @amuse_girl @61harpy @Transgendertrd @blablafishcakes What would you know? Girls learn safeguarding from infancy. They're not always taught but they pick things up from others. We could all write a thesis on SA; what we're told to do and not do. We're told to smile, then accused of leading a man on by smiling. You know nothing!

@amuse_girl @61harpy @Transgendertrd @blablafishcakes None of that is necessarily a safeguarding issue. So much of what is wrong in society comes down to safetyism. It has created an obfuscatory culture where "safeguarding" is thrown around as if it's a magic word. And moralists untethered from reality lap it up and repeat it.

Of course this 10 yr-old boy can't understand why he must leave Girlguiding, he's been told he's a 'girl' since the age of 6. Girls in the local group were also deceived. Lying to children is not 'kindness' or 'inclusion', it's cruelty. metro.co.uk/2026/03/31/tra…

@jk_rowling I am a 66yr.old woman with apparently no dignity. Nor a skateboard. I know I won't always agree with you on everything but I love a cosy hoodie and I'm a wee bit scared that this might be my hill 😨

I fear this might be my most controversial take ever, but I agreed to put it to a vote so here we are. Hoodies should only be worn by men young enough not to look silly carrying a skateboard.

@sappholives83 Women don’t have to ask any of these questions. Why? Because we are WOMEN and not men dressing up trying to “pass”. You’re NEVER going to pass because you are a MAN!! Accept that you’re a gay man and move on

Trans-identifying man asks other men for tips on how to make his minstrel show womanface performance more effective. This is how these men see womanhood: as a set of mannerisms and behaviors, nothing more.

@mvaneerde @DemzGunn @BettsCaro The vast majority of medical studies were done on men, thus women's health issues are often overlooked or mistreated. The men who call themselves 'transwomen' are benefiting feom all the studies that discriminate against women.

@DemzGunn @BettsCaro Yes, I'm aware that women's self-reported symptoms are often ignored by their doctors - and so are trans people - and trans women get a double whammy. The question was about being denied care, which is different

Thankfully, whilst some women live in terror, most don’t. We do, however, routinely alter our behaviour in light of the risk of male violence. It’s a day to day thing. You wouldn’t know

@TrapperDan37 @hyper_ballads @shesbonky It's possible that this was learned in the home. The child has either witnessed or experienced similar behaviour. The dad should be finding out where his 5yr.old son learned this. In fact he should be concerned about the real possibility of the boy having been the victim of SA.

@VictoryRenfrew @shesbonky A well-trained 11yr.old girl, is no match for a grown man. Even a well-trained 15yr.old girl, if taken by surprise by an untrained, 15yr.old boy, could be over-powered. Of course self-defence training will improve her chances, but learning escape and avoidance tactics is better.

@shesbonky I'm so glad her brother and you stood up for her. Teach her to be sassy and quick witted with a sense of humor. Teach her to talk back and take her to boxing classes. No one will dare mess with her. 🤭 Love and best wishes for a happy New Year to you and your family.

@kvncrw @shesbonky What age is 4th/5th grade? My 11yr.old gson couldn't be tricked into saying degrading things to girls. My 15yr.old son called out his friend for speaking in a demeaning way about girls. A 17yr.old laying hands on a girl is committing sexual assault. Stop making excuses!

@shesbonky terrible story, but it doesn't solely belong to young girls. when i was in 4th or 5th grade an older boy tricked me into asking another classmate (a girl) something degrading. the point im making is that children will do childish things. that 17 year old boy, he wasn't an adult.

I’m European. Apparently my life is bad. In reality, I have: Vaccines. Clean tap water. Public transport. Enforceable rights. Food safety as a baseline. Healthcare that doesn’t lead to bankruptcy. And I don’t need to carry a concealed weapon to walk my dogs.

@McKittenCat @STILLTish @sappholives83 'The walls of the female reproductive tract - including vagina, cervix and uterus - are innervated by sensory nerve fibers that carry signals like distension or inflammatory stimuli.' It took me 30 seconds to find this. Why do doctors, after years of training, still not know it?

@sappholives83 The [male] doctor investigating my intrauterine problems refused anaesthetic on the grounds "there are no nerve endings in there, none in the cervix, none in the womb". I passed out from pain. Doctors seem to be taught women's pain thresholds don't exist or don't matter.

When women get a cervical biopsy - which involves cutting off a small piece of the cervix - we are offered no pain management whatsoever, not even a numbing agent. The cervix is sensitive; even having it hit during sex can be extremely painful. Having a piece of it cut off without any kind of anesthetic is one of the most painful things I’ve ever experienced, and I have endometriosis. We are not given any painkillers afterwards either; not even an ibuprofen. Women’s pain, after all, has always been the foundation of gynecology. Men, on the other hand, are fully sedated for prostate biopsies, which are the closest equivalent, and are sent home with prescription pain medication and doctor’s orders to take the next few days off from work.

A Korean spa in New Jersey must now allow men into its female-only areas following a settlement in a "discrimination" lawsuit. The suit was brought by a trans-identified male who had been told he was not allowed to get nude in the women's section. reduxx.info/new-jersey-kor…

@Xlovehermadly @RoseWorthesee @reduxx They are males. Men are strong, loyal, providers, protectors, and confident in their role in nature as the defenders of the natural order. I'm sorry you don't know any men. That's sad.
