Your NIN is about to become more important than that “Big Man wey dey dash money” contact in your phone. For years, Nigeria’s identity system has been like that one uncle still using a Nokia torchlight in 2026. It worked… but the world had moved on. Now, Nigeria has a new NIMC Act, and whether you like politics or not, this is one law that could quietly change how you live, bank, travel and build wealth.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu@officialABAT

I have today signed the NIMC Act 2026 into law. For nearly twenty years, Nigeria’s identity system operated under a law written for a different era. That era is over. This new Act gives our nation a modern, secure and digital identity framework fit for the Nigeria we are building, a Nigeria on the path to becoming a one-trillion-dollar economy.

@funexnoni @JustConquest_ @theProcessXCII That doesn't equate to anything lol, it's not on every mater you share opinions especially when you have little knowledge about. That's being smart not to make a fool out of oneself. I'm definitely sure you can't contribute on all matters, same as me and I'd rather not talk on it

how did the conversation descend from what it actually was; to this thing you’re saying? someone said there’s a pandemic of low IQ individuals in the society. and it’s a bad thing for the country generally. As a member of the society, you owe it to the society to at least have a reasonable level of intelligence, either from formal education or otherwise. A society with more intellectual people, and a society with less, which do you think will be progressive? This is literally the epicenter of the conversation. No one is asking anybody to not chase money, and if you have to fool to make it, by all means do. The main point, we owe it to ourselves and the society at large, to attain a certain level of intelligence. This is how we become better as a society. An averagely intelligent person will not throw their refuse by the road side, or litter their gutter. These little things that seem negligible build up to a national scale and that’s just one instance. You can fool all you want to get what you want out of life, or pretend to be a fool to entertain us but don’t be an actual fool. And intelligence is not only about being educated, there’s emotional intelligence, social intelligence. All of these things. I have typed too much. Wo GGs jare.

“We are too money centered in this country” 😹😹 Does society really reward intelligent people? The only thing you people reward first class graduate is engagement on X. No one will private dm anyone for jobs offer and all. But we are money centered? 😹😹 uhna really dey whine…. If I was money centered back in school, I don’t think I will even finish with first class. People are trying to survive you are saying we are money centered, will you feed them?

I have listened to what Our First Lady Remi Tinubu said about starting Akara, roasting corn and kuli-kuli business Honestly I am disappointed in you people twisting her statement. She never said “go and do Kulikuli.” She only gave examples of small trades people can start with to be self-reliant. Kulikuli, beads, fashion, farming were illustrations, not a command. For you people saying “Ossai Ovie Success are you not disappointed “ The message is simple: No honest work is too small. Start where you are, grow from there. The bigger point she made: 1. Dignity in work: No job is too small if it’s legal and honest. 2. Self-reliance: Government can create the enabling environment, but people must also take initiative. 3. Examples, not command: The Kulikuli mention was to show that even small businesses can grow big if you’re consistent. So taking it out of context to mock it misses the message. “Teach a man to fish, don’t just give him fish” that was the spirit of it. Let’s not twist words to score cheap points. I am disappointed . This isn’t about money. This is about getting what you want out of life. Intellect is not a one way street, intellect is a spectrum. You can have dignity and not be intellectual, you can have self worth and contentment and still not be intellectual. You can even be a good person and still not be intellectual.

I think the biggest Olodo is the one who dosen't get what they want out of life Knowing a demographic rewards foolishness and you decided to go with the times and make money from that is smarter than someone that forms intellectual. This is the highest form of intellect.

Peter Obi is right about one thing: democracy dies when institutions become tools instead of referees. But here's the uncomfortable question: If today's judgment is an assault on democracy, will the same outrage remain when the verdict favours your political camp? The real test of democracy isn't celebrating judgments you like—it's defending institutions even when they rule against you. Nigeria doesn't just need new leaders. It needs citizens who are consistent. That's the harder revolution.

Lokoja Judgment: An Unnecessary Serious Setback for Nigerian Democracy Today was an exceptionally busy day. I left Lagos in the early hours for Emekuku, where I visited the School of Nursing Sciences, an institution I have consistently supported over the years. It was gratifying to inspect projects funded through my previous interventions, including the school’s computer laboratory. Such investments reaffirm my belief that education remains one of the strongest foundations for national development. From there, I attended the 80th birthday celebration of the Emeritus Archbishop of Owerri, Most Rev. Dr Anthony Obinna, whose commitment to justice, peace, and the common good has inspired many, before proceeding to Madonna University for another engagement. It was at Madonna University that I received the court news of the Lokoja court rulings through my brother, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso. Every Nigerian committed to the country’s progress should be deeply concerned. This judgment represents another setback for our democracy and the institutions upon which our future depends. It is regrettable that some who claim to champion democracy now appear determined to weaken the very institutions that sustain it. In doing so, they are undermining public confidence and endangering the future of millions of Nigerians. The legislature and the judiciary are increasingly being drawn into this pattern of institutional decline. Democracy cannot thrive where institutions lose their independence and credibility. Those who seek to weaken Nigeria’s democratic foundations will not ultimately prevail. When a similar situation recently affected the ADC, I condemned it without hesitation. I do so again today because my position has always been guided by principle. My concern is not about who becomes President. My concern is that Nigeria works. Our politics must move beyond the quest for power and focus instead on building a united nation founded on justice, strong institutions, the rule of law, and equal opportunity. That is the Nigeria we owe ourselves and the one we must leave for future generations. I therefore urge all well-meaning Nigerians to rise above partisan interests and defend our democracy. The survival of our institutions is inseparable from the survival of our nation. It's when we work together that a new Nigeria of our dream is made POssible. -PO

I've received a lot of requests from users wanting to easily check the number of holders and detailed reward info for the XAX staking event. To make things easier, I've just deployed a dashboard site! 🔗 dashboard.xax.trading You can now view the compiled data for the top 1 to 50 holders alongside their designated rewards. I hope you all find this website super useful! Please note that since this is a self-made personal site for user’s convenience, the site might experience slow or even crash if there's a huge spike in daily traffic. Thank you so much for your understanding in advance! Appreciated.
