You should be extremely grateful if you are in tech and don’t live in SF or NYC 10x if you are fully remote 100x if you don’t have student loan debt Because 70k - 100k is ALOT of money to the majority of the country Pay it forward

A little update here..
About a month ago I was laid off along with essentially all of my SDR team & a large portion of the company
Have to expand my search to this network.
I got laid off at 130% attainment at a category leader in Data/AI
I’d like to think I’m really good at what I do, but man the market is no joke right now..
I’m looking for a few different opportunities currently such as:
-Strat SDR (has to be top 1% opps)
-AE, SMB (Needs to be willing to take a chance on 0 closing exp)
-Partnership/Alliances Manager (have been recruited for this)
-SDR Manager (this is something I truly would love to do but tough with not holding the title prior to)
Who can hook your boy up here?

@sdSaaSlinger Oof, sorry to hear that man. I got laid off end of 2024, similar situation and it took me 3 months.
Thought I would have zero problems going from management back to an AE, boy was I wrong.

If you’re in tech and you’re not using Claude you’re behind
If you’re at an org that isn’t embracing it - leave that org
Will share some of my learnings soon and I’ll be scouring X for some tips/tricks for prompting
Best way to learn how to use Claude btw is to simply ask it

Your best bets will be any BDR within your industry. SMB AE will be tough but depends on the company and the opp.
My opinion is steer clear of bdr manager. These titles will be less and less relevant with use of AI.
Our bdr manager was let go and they never backfilled bc the company no longer saw the value in it.
