Very valuable lesson I learned this quarter BOOK MANAGEMENT Here’s what I mean: Because of the logo I’m at, email blasts are pretty successful At the start of the quarter, I went crazy adding thousands of contacts to cadences, and let those be the workhorse Booked tons and tons of meetings from it Fast forward to the end of the quarter, book is rather burned out from outreach This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, quota was crushed However, there are far more strategic ways to work a large book of 2,000+ accounts Getting back to my roots next quarter, call heavy, the old fashioned way Aka, the FUN way
