@ATT please help. My phone trade in promised for a $350 credit suddenly rescinded when I mailed the phone away?! I’ve only been given a one-time $5 credit?! Please apply the $350 credit as promised by rep in store and on phone when arranging shipping.

Things seem bad.

Today my 3 year old daughter, who has spent her entire life in LA, called a scarf a “winter cloth.”

But we’re doing fine. Everything is fine. The last 3 years have been fine.

It’s not like I’m paying $4,000 a month for them to take care of my kids.

Daycare wouldn’t take our kids today because we were 4 minutes late. But I still have to work! Makes sense. Sounds right.
