Nilgai was shot and processed. Which is most of the top half of the freezer. Some venison mixed in there. Under the sausage is the beef which is swapped out on a 1-2 month basis. Door is combo Nilgai/Venison. Beef sticks, etc. Those won't last a year before consumed. Nilgai we'll see. The trout will be gone soon.

Dear Japanese X, Texas law requires us to have at least one freezer full of cow. We are also required to submit our bbq to the state and those that fail those two requirements must leave the state within 60 days. 😂

@simplesamtx Hi there! I live in Tokyo. I’ve only been to the United States and Hawaii, and I’ve never had a real BBQ in the United States. American people were really friendly and fun, so I would like to go to BBQ with my family this time. What a lovely refrigerator!
