@jacobrodri_ i just feel like influencer deals are soooo dead, you might aswell do ugc where you get 10x the volume for the same price, the trust you get from the influencer is not worth it imo

@skyirezumi prices are getting out of hand but you can still find good deals in my opinion, in my case with small creators who aren't used to collabs

charging $4,000 when your last posts average 3K views is crazy in my case what’s working best for closing deals with influencers is: - reaching out to 20 influencers a day - $0 upfront - capped CPM deal - $100 bonus at 50K views - $100 bonus at 100K views

People still think they can get away with doing a freemium model. You're making it way harder on yourself. No one who's printing money with apps is doing freemium. Pretty much all the top apps are running hard paywalls with free trials. Freemium = users never convert Hard paywall with free trial = forced decision upfront You can still offer a free 3-7 day trial. But you make them commit to a yearly subscription. They can cancel before they're charged. But many won't. Stop launching freemium apps thinking people will "try it and upgrade later." They won't.
